Performance and Training Sessions

Adaptive Fitness

provides adaptive fitness programs specifically designed for youth between the ages of 5 and 25. Our service caters to the unique needs and abilities of individuals with diverse physical and cognitive abilities. Our adaptive fitness programs promote inclusivity, confidence, and well-being among young participants. The highly trained and compassionate coaches work closely with everyone, tailoring exercises, and training modalities to accommodate your needs and goals. Through functional movements, modified exercises, and adaptive equipment, we help young individuals build strength, improve mobility, enhance coordination, and develop overall fitness. The program also emphasizes creating a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can thrive and reach their full potential, regardless of their abilities. Adaptive Fitness for youth program ensures that everyone can engage in physical activity, experience personal growth, and enjoy the numerous benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Adult Fitness and Conditioning Sessions

Our small group training sessions are created for those who want to meet other like-minded individuals in a small in-person group program. You will meet 3-5 times weekly for in-person coaching and training sessions as your schedule permits. You will receive instruction, feedback on movement and form, and a strong sense of community as you pursue your healthiest self.

Time: 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday
Cost: $50 or $140 per month with unlimited classes and membership

Meet the Proteus Motion Machine

Proteus® System's technology helps you train with 3D resistance, providing a safer, faster, and more effective tool. The 3D resistance feels like moving through fluid, and the resistance stays uniquely constant no matter what direction or speed you move. The Proteus System at E Street is the only one in Idaho and helps you test and train how you move in real life. To utilize the Proteus Machine, individuals must attend assessment sessions where their metrics will be analyzed, and personalized feedback will be provided to improve their technique. By utilizing this technology, athletes can improve their skills, prevent injuries, and track their progress. We believe that the benefits of the Proteus Machine far outweigh the cost, and we are committed to providing affordable access to this technology to as many individuals as possible.

Sports Performance

offers specialized youth sports performance programming dedicated to maximizing the athletic potential of young athletes. Our comprehensive service focuses on improving performance, enhancing physical abilities, and reducing the risk of injuries in young individuals participating in various sports. Youth sports performance programming is designed by experienced coaches who understand the unique needs of young athletes and their developmental stages. Our program combines age-appropriate strength training, speed and agility drills, conditioning exercises, and sport-specific techniques to optimize performance and foster long-term athletic development. Through this service, we aim to empower young athletes, instilling the necessary skills, discipline, and mindset to excel in their chosen sports and laying the foundation for a successful athletic career.

Time: 7 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday
Cost: 2x per week, $160 per month or 3x per week, $240 per month

Team Training

specializes in providing a team (max 15 players) sports performance training, offering a comprehensive service that enhances the athletic abilities and competitive edge of teams. Through coaching expertise in strength and conditioning, we help teams develop the physical strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance required to excel in their respective sports. Each program is customized to the specific needs and demands of the team, focusing on sport-specific exercises and drills that improve performance, reduce injury risk, and optimize overall team dynamics. With experienced coaches, meeting two times a week, and a state-of-the-art training facility, we are committed to equipping teams with the necessary tools and techniques to reach their full potential and succeed in their chosen sports.

Life is hard, so Rev-It-Up and train for it with this total-body training alongside a great early-rising community.



This class uses exercise to develop muscle, strength, and endurance utilizing hand weights, bands, benches, balls, and your own body weight.

Muscle Factory

This class will challenge you and is great for beginners and the elite. This class is geared towards small gym goals: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, power, and aerobic cardio. Each week, you will have a different target muscle and performing goals that you will work toward accomplishing. This class will provide you with the tools to achieve your desired results. We will use all different types of equipment to achieve our goals, and every 6 weeks, we will look at our accomplishments. We will have different modifications to help you reach those goals. Get motivated, and supported, and see the difference in our muscle factory class.

Power Hour

Need help in the gym, stuck in a rut, bored of the same old workout? Or are you brand new to the gym? We have the perfect class for you. Power Hour will offer you the next step in building your workout routine. This is not your ordinary group fitness class. This class is geared to enhance your abilities. Our personal trainer will show you how to use the equipment, provide you with tools to build your own workout plan. Each week you will be given a new muscle to target in your workout. Come join the power hour and make the most of your time in the recreation center.
