This class will challenge you, it's great for beginners to the elite. This class is geared towards small gym goals: push-ups, pull ups, squats, power, and aerobic cardio. Each week will have a different target muscle and performing goals that you will work toward accomplishing. This class will provide you with the tools to achieve your desired results. We will use all different types of equipment to achieve our goals and every 6 weeks we will look at our accomplishments. We will have different modifications to help you reach those goals.
