Cardio Classes

CYCLING

This class is performed on a stationary bicycle. Instructors will guide you through an all-terrain ride while focusing on proper body alignment, heart rate, and proper cycling techniques.

BLACK LIGHT RPM (SPIN)

Blacklight room, that is Tabata Circuit training using three different assortments of equipment (Spin, Bike, and Variation of weights) Great for beginners and elite. Each is an 8-round circuit with break in between; this class is a self-paced class. Each circuit block will improve your aerobic capacity to lower blood pressure and body composition. During the duration of the class, you will burn fat, build muscle, and improve flexibility. To finish up the class you could increase your metabolism to burn more calories and enhance your quality of life.

SPIN

This class is performed on a stationary bicycle. Instructors will guide you through an all-terrain ride while focusing on proper body alignment, heart rate, and proper cycling techniques.

ZUMBA

A Latin-Inspired dance fitness party. It will have you moving, shaking, and burning calories in no time! Fusing hypnotic Latin and other world rhythms; you'll love every minute of this cardio dance party in disguise!

ZUMBA GOLD

The same fun class as Zumba, but designed for the de-conditioned, prenatal, beginning, and active older adult participants. Enjoy "exercising" in disguise.

ZUMBA GOLD TONING

This class blends Zumba at a slower pace with a redefining total body workout using Zumba Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles.

Combination Classes

E45T

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit, cardio, and body weight exercises and finishes with core training. All-Levels. Exercise modifications are adjusting variables and decreasing complexity to work with your body to prevent injuries. Style of class, 45 min class, 2-3 rounds of bodyweight and building muscle with tabata clocks, with a finisher of an 8 min core training. Warm-up and cool-down included.

E Street Drums

This all-levels fitness class combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout. It brings together drumsticks and an exercise ball to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do.

FIT START

A low-impact class with basic cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance exercises. Perfect for those new to group fitness or needing a low-impact class.

HIGH-LOW

A low-impact workout, High Low offers a steady heart rate one-hour rotating playlist with music of popular artists from all genres & eras set to familiar aerobic moves. Come experience the high of high-low!

REV-IT-UP!

Life is hard, so Rev-It-Up and train for it with this total-body training alongside a great early-rising community.

TRX

Total Body Resistance developed by a former Navy Seal and Stanford MBA graduate. TRX Suspension Training is a unique training tool that allows you to use your body weight and gravity as resistance. Suspend your disbelief!

Strengthening Classes

E WEIGHTS

This class uses exercise to develop muscle, strength, and endurance utilizing hand weights, bands, bench, balls, and your own body weight.

Muscle Factory

This class will challenge you, it's great for beginners to the elite. This class is geared towards small gym goals: push-ups, pull ups, squats, power, and aerobic cardio. Each week will have a different target muscle and performing goals that you will work toward accomplishing. This class will provide you with the tools to achieve your desired results. We will use all different types of equipment to achieve our goals and every 6 weeks we will look at our accomplishments. We will have different modifications to help you reach those goals. Get motivated, supported, and see the difference in our muscle factory class.

Power Hour

Need help in the gym, stuck in a rut, board of the same old work-out? Or are you brand new to the gym? We have the perfect class for you. Power hour will offer you the next step in building your workout routine. This is not your ordinary group fitness class. This class is geared to enhance your abilities. Our personal trainer will show you how to use the equipment, provide you with tools to build your own workout plan. Each week you will be given a new muscle to target in your workout. Come join the power hour and make the most of your time in the recreation center.

BALANCE YOGA

Create balance on and off the mat, finding a healthy tension between effort and ease.

HATHA HEALING

With an emphasis on healing, come to class ready to set down the chains weighing you down. Continuing with deep breathing and different postures, we can achieve a state of meditation and create a space to promote inner healing.

KIDS TAEKWONDO

Arturo Abuga-a, Jr classes for kids ages 5 to 12 are 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday. This class combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise. Learn self-defense, self-confidence, concentration, awareness, and flexibility. (Additional Fee Members: $35/month; Non-Members $45/month)

KOOL KAT YOGA

Especially for our younger yogis, you can sit with us on the cool kid's mat and expect to have fun exploring different poses and expressing yourself through creative movement.

NO SWEAT YOGA

Enjoy this special yoga class designed to slow down but not shed sweat. Perfect for a lunch break!

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a restful practice about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

STRESS RELIEF YOGA

Leave your worries at the door with the relaxing and strengthening benefits of Hatha Yoga. Hatha promotes calm and inner peace through deep breathing in physical poses. This style of yoga entails a gentle class deeply rooted in simplicity and grounding. Beneficial in increasing flexibility, concentration, strength, and bone density.

VINYASA FLOW

Increase muscle strength, flexibility, cardiovascular function, and respiratory capacity, and improve skeletal strength as you flow through different asanas and sun salutations. With synchronized physical movement and breath, increase mobility through a more rapid sequence of yoga poses.
