Community Impact

FOR OVER 50 YEARS
United Way of South Central Idaho has served and strengthened South Central Idaho communities.
Established in 1962 as the United Fund of Twin Falls, its original purpose was.. To bring together all campaigns of community accepted health, welfare and recreational agencies...to solicit funds for such agencies... to invest and expend funds and distribute funds to such agencies. The historic "community chest" with a broad charitable mission has transformed into an agent for social change. Today, United Way of South Central Idaho is pursuing lasting social change on some of the toughest challenges we face, including poverty, poor health and lagging educational achievement.
We are so very excited to roll out the new strategy in the spring of 2019. It will be large-scale and sustainable change to improve health, education and financial stability. It will support programs and innovative strategies through strong collective impact partnerships. It’s no longer just having an impact but also looking at having  Generational Impact.
Thank you
